Planning enforcement consultation

Planning enforcement is a non mandatory operation within Local Planning Authorities (LPA) that is pivotal to the wider planning process in conjunction with development management and policy. It is discretionary whether an LPA takes action against a planning breach, however, if you have been enforced against by an LPA, Mansa Planning can help you.

How can Mansa Planning help

• Have you been served an Enforcement Notice or had Formal Action taken against you?We can represent you throughout the appeal process for written representations. These are time critical, so please contact ASAP.
• Have you received a Planning Contravention Notice?We can complete the PCN on behalf of yourself and/or provide advice on how to respond. You have 21 days to respond, so please contact ASAP.
• Are you being investigated for an alleged panning breach?We can resolve disputes efficiently and with as little damage as possible to land and property owners through providing advice on how to proceed and what action to take and when. Due to the plethora of knowledge we have, there are very few situations we haven’t come across before.
• Are you being prosecuted for a planning breach/works to protected trees/historic hedgerow/failure to respond?We have the ability to professionally deliver evidence in court and can provide guidance and advice throughout this process.
